Service Description

Town & Country Nature Walks™ are designed to get people of all ages and backgrounds outside to explore, understand, and appreciate the "wild" side of their own neighborhoods and inspire interest in visiting natural places further afield. Join BRMC as we explore Galemont (private). Take a Stroll with Michael Kieffer, BRMC's Executive Director, and David A. Wiedenfeld, Ph.D., Sr. Conservation Scientist, with American Bird Conservancy, as we revel in our observations of a large great blue heron rookery. These majestic birds communally nest allowing them to support each other by sharing resources and defending their nesting area. Space is limited.
